I've memories of a Japanese rpg maker game where you play as a girl in a small village, who goes around doing sexual favours for everyone in town and getting taken advantage of because of how naive she is.
The main thing I remember about it was that you constantly have to go down into the sewers and explore, avoiding monsters and finding stuff. There was a gang of kids down there that you'd have to find, with some mystery about the town and the sewers.
