Ghost in the Blizzard

This is one image that has been plaguing me for many years since Vegeta aka Ghost, Wrath pulled a cart through a heavy blizzard to get a mother and child to a hospital.  I had wanted to draw this scene many times and was never able to get it just right.  The image depicts Ghost fighting the tempest of a blizzard, ice forming upon him.  Jronia is known for its winter blizzards that will shut the city down.  Even the slaves in the city are put in to shelters so that they are not frozen in the raging tempests.  Ghost faced down one of these brutal blizzards and that is the scene you see.  Let me know what you think!
